The new band features Ron Tooley on Trumpet, who had played with Maceo on 'Papa's Got A Brand New Bag' and 'I Got you (I Feel Good)' in 1965, Greg Boyer on trombone and P-Funk bassist Rodney 'Skeet' Curtis.

The album 'Dial Maceo' is released in 2000 and features the collaborations 'My Baby Knows' and 'The Greatest Romance Ever Sold' with Prince and subsequently Maceo, Greg Boyer and Candy Dulfer joined Prince for his 2004 'Musicology' tour around the world. The 2003 album 'Made By Maceo' and his latest album 'School's In' released in 2005 show Maceo Parker and his band, the 'Greatest Little Funk Orchestra On Earth' at full strength, touring the USA, Japan and Europe again, delivering 98% Funk to sold-out venues.
